Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

NexusTerm is designed with zero-tracking architecture. We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit your personal data, server configurations, or terminal contents to our own or third-party advertising servers.

1. Information We Store on Your Device

All data created inside NexusTerm is stored locally on your device:

2. Data Transmission & Peer-to-Peer Networking

NexusTerm connects directly from your device to the remote servers you configure (SSH on port 22 or your designated custom ports). We do not operate relay, proxy, or intermediary servers. All terminal data and SFTP file streams pass exclusively between your device and your chosen remote endpoints using standard encrypted protocols (SSH-2 / SFTP / TLS).

3. Third-Party AI Services (Optional & BYOK)

If you optionally choose to enable the AI Command Assistant:

4. Analytics, Tracking & Advertising

NexusTerm contains no third-party tracking SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no telemetry libraries. We do not track your usage habits or identify you across other apps or websites.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data at all times. You can modify or delete individual servers, clear credentials in Settings, or remove all application data entirely by uninstalling the application from your device.
