Include your app version, device model, iOS version, and the steps that caused the issue. Remove financial details from screenshots and do not attach statements or account numbers.

PDF imports

Select the statement year and month before importing. Import January and December bills separately to handle transactions across year boundaries. Review imported dates, amounts, and categories; statement layouts and OCR accuracy vary.

Backups

Use Settings to export a backup to Files or iCloud Drive. Import replaces all current data with the backup. Keep a recent backup before restoring. If iCloud cannot open a file, verify that it has finished downloading in Files and retry.

Missing or duplicate transactions

Exact PDF reimports are skipped. Separate purchases with identical amounts are preserved. Different PDFs may contain overlapping transactions; review those manually. Transactions lost by older app versions cannot be recovered automatically.
